Our service area is North Carolina with a focus on these markets: Charlotte, Raleigh, Asheville and Wilmington.
And in the state of South Carolina with a focus on these markets: Greenville, Charleston, Myrtle Beach and Columbia.
However, our crews and their supervisors do travel to other markets with existing clients for pre-selected projects.
Our Process
Atlantic Wood & Timber will furnish and install all work in strict accordance to the General Requirements Division 1 complete, Divisions 061000 complete along with all applicable specifications, local codes and practices, and all items required in the bid documents.
We dedicate a crew supervisor along with a field manager to each project. All foremen are required to attend construction meetings and safety meeting scheduled by either the superintendent or Project Manager.
Atlantic Wood & Timber will be present for all inspections involving Subcontractor’s work. We will do all layouts according to the prints.
Atlantic Wood & Timber is to provide all labor, miscellaneous materials as noted below, equipment repair, fuel, insurance and competent supervision required in quantities sufficient to complete the wood framing as indicated on the drawings and described in the specifications.
Atlantic Wood & Timber shall supply and adhere to all safety protection guidelines required by OSHA. Job site safety reduces potential liability for every general contractor.
Scope of work
Atlantic Wood & Timber provides all labor, supervision, tools and equipment as a licensed framing contractor to complete each project based on an engineered plan designed in accordance to the building codes associated with the specifics for the building.
